Hi Starizan,
I will be on Day 2 tomorrow--I have read posts discovering that many will begin on Monday. I think you will be admist good company.
The salt flush varies from person to person. For some it takes less than an hour and other wait for 2 hours or so before their first bowel movement. Make sure that you do not begin you salf flushes until day 2.
