I just posted this in the Liver Flush Forum ...
I'm wondering if others have amped up the frequency of flushing while fasting. I began a marathon master cleanse August 1st with a Liver Flush and have continued with a flush every week. I finished the 5th flush for August last night. It is remarkable how wonderful I have felt thus far. Much to my surprise and relief, I have been able to maintain a safe weight (I am 5'3" and weighed 100 when I began, and am currently at 93). I plan on going 40 days and flushing until stone free. The only challenge has been my body temp...I need to wear a wetsuit when I do my ocean swims, and even then, can only last 1 hour before I get too cold (Hawaii).
