my wife has tmj and it has been very difficult for her.I checked out a dear friend of mines web site http://www.naturalhealthteam.com and i found the solution. it is called cetyl myristoleate which is an amino acid. My wife started taking this which you must take for 30 days, and after a week no more pain no jaw cracking, so if you have tmj i think this is worth a shot.
