I can't believe I found this question (and answers)! For months I have been trying to find what might be triggering my TMJ into painful action. I have been suspecting it has been my period. This month, I thought: YES..There is a connection. This was the second consecutive month that it hit at the same time.
Thank God I have found something...I feel like I might be able to attack this from a different angle now. I'm going to get magnesium today! Thank you.
