I'm no expert but what you described in terms of the headaches, jaw aches, etc. sounds like tmj. My understanding is that even the experts are at odds with each other about what elements constitute tmj. TMJ.org has a full list of symptoms. You might want to look them up. I posted what worked for me. Please look at my post and see what I did could work for you. I don't know where you live but if you are near a dental school they may have a pain clinic that can give you a more precise diagnosis.
