10/22/1978 = 1/4/7 = 30/3 life lesson #
challenges: 3/3/6/0

Interesting. Your life lesson number and majority of your challenges are both 3, which means you have to learn how to balance your challenges through your life lesson - a kind of double-whammy. Not sure how this has manifested with you, so I'll just give you the general 3 interpretation.

Okay. Born on the 22nd day and 10th month is a great boost to captaining an industry/business. born in a 7 year, however, means you won't always have the energy you need. 7 energy is like mud - people wtih a 7 influence need more downtime than most. This can manifest as a desire to read books, watch tv, practice spirituality, get back to nature, go to school. If they neglect this aspect of themselves it's harder to maintain balance.

22nd day people need to build something. They need to plan and make that plan happen. Some people are happy with just coming up with the idea, not a 22/4 person, they need to actual make it happen. It's kind of like, "If you build it, he will come."

Having a life lesson number of 30/3 means you are totally into beauty, creativity, luxury, refinement. 3 people generally do best with shorter work periods, because they like to shine and then retreat, for instance, give a great seminar and then cave, rather than work an 8 hour day at a desk. They do more than most people because they're such great multi-taskers.

3 people need to learn how to focus a bit more, set clear goals, beware of over-indulgence or running up the credit cards. Of course, your 22/4 probably helps you there. In fact, you may be more susceptible to OVER-organization (if there is such a thing).

consider pioneering something, such as a day spa that repairs skin from the INSIDE instead of just the outside. You won't be completely happy working for somebody else. You can start out that way just to learn the ropes and build up your Rolodex, but don't plan on staying too long!

Hope that makes sense! :)
