3 is a very fun year for you, as it has all the stuff htat a 23/5 person loves: chance meetings, self-expression, luxury, beauty, fruition. So make those wishes, organize your plans, you will get your way this year! Just so long as you are clear and coming from the heart. :)

You have a competitive streak, learn to channel that positively. Either put it into sports, or consider starting your own consulting business. You need to become an expert in something, as that will give you the freedom you crave.
