2 means right now you are in a balancing act involving relationships. Something's going on with a loved one or family member or co-worker that has your focus and requires your tact and diplomacy.

You wish to expand that focus into more responsibility (6), such as taking a dating relationship to the next level, or volunteering more time in the community.
