I am doing a few days on juice and am emptying my kitchen of every fruit and vegetable. Since it is sqash and pumkin season I have tons but have never heard of juicing them. It seems that they would be great--and loaded with vitamins.
Anyone have experience with them? Any reason I shouldn't juice them? Are they too fiberous to get enough juice out of?
