When you know that the next mouthful will make you bring it all up - then you don't take that mouthful!!

My first time, I forced myself to take the full 2 cups. I managed to keep it down but brought it all up at 2am and went out for pancakes the next morning! I was told that my body wasn't ready to release the stones whatever that meant.

The next time, I listened to my instinct a bit more and took as much of the oil as I felt I could cope with. I drank close to 2 cups and the flush transformed my health forever. That was ten years ago.

Needless to say I still have the calcified stones. What I didn't know at the time was that you need to keep on flushing. So here I am!
