I did this type of flush ten years ago and it was extremely successful. If you're worried about the acid and your teeth, just have a cup of water with baking soda dissolved in it and a bowl for spitting. After you drink the lemon juice, rinse your mouth out with baking soda - this will neutralise the acid. Lie on your right side between doses. Only go to your limit. I did 2 cups of olive oil. Sniff on peppermint oil dripped onto a tissue if you feel nauseous.
