I've been using the bathroom at about 10 minute intervals and it is all water. I am up to 7 so far. My bum is a little sore already but not too bad. It's time to mix the oil/grapefruit, I will drink it in 15 minutes and then go to bed. I'll let you all know how it goes in the morning.
