I have tried flushing with no Epsom Salts and left myself in a world of hurt for a week. I couldn't bare the taste of it so I just left it out of my second flush. I was very constipated and had stones stuck in me... I was slowly passing them for a week straight. What if you just put a little Epsom Salt in a glass of organic apple juice and try and have 4-5 glasses a day on the day of your flush? Just maybe like 1/2 teaspoon in each glass. YOu won't hardly even taste it and maybe that will be easier on your insides... hope this helps.
