I have absolutely no idea what all that stuff is you are passing, but one thing is for sure. It's better out than in!!

When I was flushing, I would pass different things every time I flushed. As I have posted so many times before, my very first flush, I passed the longest, solid green rope I had ever seen. It was 1:30 in the morning and I was totally freaked. I thought I had passed my intestines! Ha

The reason you are sore is because you have just begun your journey toward a clean liver/gallbladder. The best advice I can give you is to keep on flushing. With your gallbladder being so sore, it would be ok to do another flush immediately. Otherwise, keep on flushing 2-3 weeks apart until you see no more stones. It will happen because it happened to me!
