So far I have put my focus on doing flushes, and eat a healthy Diet with supplements and probiotics in between. Sometimes in between I take a herbal liquid formula with dandelion, burdock milk thistle etc. in it, but am not sure if this is the best approach. Would like to hear from you out there, what do you do that helps nurish and rebuild the liver?
