Hi Val, Please use your Epsom Salts , they open your bile duct so the stones can pass, and most importantly they rid your body of a huge amount of toxins that are released during the flush. These toxins can end up giving you all sorts of problems,from nausea to headaches, to Acne breakouts, bad dreath, just plain badness that will come from the inside out! The heavyness of the oil carries the toxins and stones from your liver to your tummy and the Epsom Salts do their job of getting it out of your body before it can do much harm.
These are toxins that have been stored in your body over many years,,,You really dont want all of it ,, all at once sitting in your body for a week,,,,
Here's a trick I use for the yucky taste of Epsom Salts ,,,,I call it my ''One for the volcano'' Shooter. Since it gives very good bowel cleansing!
okay so drink it really fast and make sure its really cold (takes a lot of the taste away) then just like tequilla shooters- wet the back of your hand and sprinkle some salt- get a lemon wedge ready. when you're done the shot- lick the salt to quickly change the taste in your mouth and bite into the lemon wedge,,,it definatly makes it more fun.
I have to tell myself to think like an old tough cowgirl! Kinda like drinking milk from a dirty glass, just not as delishious!
