How much grapefruit did you put with your Epsom Salt mixture? And does adding the grapefruit make the flush more successful or did you alter it just for the taste? I am so excited to do this flush and want the most benefits as possible.

Also, with your oatmeal did you put anything in it or just water and oatmeal?
