It may have something to do with the amount of salts and water combined at a certain ratio that makes the mix have a certain gravity.The mixture is then able to run through you alot easier causing a flushing affect.At least that is the theory in the Master-Cleanse cleanse and i dont see why it would be any different for this cleasne.This is just a guess and not based on anything i read about the liver flush.I did however read about that in the Master-Cleanse book by Stanly Burroughs.The salts main job is to relax the bile ducts but it is also supposed to flush out alot of the stones,toxins and other stuff that might be in there.It would be interesting for someone to try it and post the results to see how it worked.It wont be me because downing 3/4 to 1 cup of salts is not that hard to do.
