I am soo happy for you that this flush worked. I am getting ready to do another one this Friday/Saturday. My first one was successful but I want this next one to be even more successful.

My first and last flush I did the Hulda Clark 's flush but it only calls for grapefruit only once and I take that with olive oil. It appears as though you took the grapefruit with your Epsom Salts ? Was this to enhance the flavor and also, did you do the grapefruit and olive oil drink?

One more thing, did you eat oatmeal from a healthfood store? I have the regular "quaker oats" oatmeal (not from a healthfood store)- will that work? And did you put anything in it?

Again, congratulations on your improving health.
