Thanks for this, Robbie. I believe in juicing and when I started seriously knew all about the Gerson therapy. I do believe in juicing but I certainly think it started off the cleansing of my liver. I agree with everything you say but I do have a problem taking juices on an empty stomach. I can drink carrot and apple but anything sharp I have to be very careful with otherwise it triggers a terrible headache and soreness in the stomach area. I would love to know the reason as, according to the reading I have done, juices heal and assist tissue healing. If anyone can throw any light on this I would love to hear!
