Enemas are GREAT for 1-2 days before and after a flush. Sometimes when needed the day of the flush.
Dont do enemas everyday. If you want do them once or twice a week only if needed but if you are not on a good Colon Cleanse do the enemas. I would get on some good colon cleansing herbs to get rid of the clogging if you are not already doing this. I had a healing reaction after my first flush 2 weeks ago and I did a couple of enemas and this really helped a lot.
