Sounds like similar effects to what I do after the morning Epsom Salt dose after the OO/GF dose the night before. I do the "bunny hop" landing on my heels to dislodge them stones through the ducts. Other liver flushers run on the ground (not treadmill nor stairmasters) the week before with similar effects that you describe.
