Well I did my second flush 3 days ago and it worked sort of good, except that I didn't do the Epsom Salts and it took a while to pass the stones. Anyways, I've been somewhat constipated ever since and yesterday and today are much worse. I can't go to the bathroom at all. And I had some flax oil yesterday in my diet to help get things moving but all that did was give me a horrible stomach ache for some reason.

So, my question is: Can I take some Epsom Salts now to help me poop? From what I've read, it is a laxative and helps open up your bowels and everything is that correct? I have a feeling that there is a stone in my bowels blocking everything, is that silly? Should I do an enema? I don't know how to do that either. Can someone give instruction? Please respond as soon as possible I hate being constipated! Thank you soooooo much!
