If you can get some Phosfood or Super Phosphazyme, (phosphoric acid, I think),that will also soften stones. Health food stores sell it. I also took malic acid powder because the apples and juice contained too much Sugar for my candida. I did end up drinking some apple juice the evening of the flush, though, because my blood Sugar got so low, and that helped quite a bit. I did my first one a few weeks ago, and I wish I hadn't put it off so long. I'm doing another one next weekend. Good luck and keep us posted!
