yeah, it's true. You should just tough out the Epsom Salts - your better first flush is probably an indicatio of that. If it's just the taste that bothers you, I mixed mine w/grapefruit juice and they went down just fine. Kind of bitter, but totally tolerable. I've tasted much worse! I'd say a few swigs of bitter is preferable to the barfing, wouldn't you?
