Julie your welcome..Dr.'s just don't know everything..They think they can push everyone around just to make a buck..Be in control of your own body..The body can heal itself..I have never done anyother cleanses just the liver / gallbladder flush..Don't worry it will be fine..You will be so proud of yourself...You'lll see.
