I have only had pain twice and a couple times I have had discomfort. Nothing to send me into a panic until I went to the Doctor. I will flush Saturday night this will give me tomorrow and saturday to just eat veggies and apples and get some apple juice down me. I guess I wont wait for the Gold Coin grass and just do it with the Hulda Clark e recipe. I will keep in touch and let you know how it all turned out.
