Thanks so much for the insight Lapis and Rainbow.

Started on the psyllium husks and Bentonite shakes this morning. I'll continue with that, as I see it is suggested. Happened to have both on hand. Although this fast has been juice alone, I suppose I will start doing Master-Cleanse instead (leaving out syrup ... don't want extra calories). Perhaps I should be adding some fresh apple juice also for a few days in preparation for this cleanse, do you think? Is apple cidar vinegar as effective as apple juice in softening these stones?
