"without competition" is a key phrase.
This is also the reason the Bushwackers didn't want the U.N. involved. Bush wanted to make sure that his buddies benifited from our murdering and invasion. His crookedness on this issue is starting to backfire because while he is making sure his buddies are taken care of, he's starting to slip in the polls. Asking for the U.N help has got to be a real ego smasher. I don't blame Russia, France and Germany for making him weize.
