People living in that area are quite private. I had four acres
of redwoods and loved the privacy. It was a lot like how city
dwellers handle their syndicate neighbors - you know they are there
and just let it go at that. I remember during the gas crisis. the
Occidental gas station was staying open for 1\2 a day. Kissinger's
limo pulled up to buy gas, yhe station was opened, but the owners's
storage tanks were empty. Within 2 hours, a tanker filled the storage
tankstanks and the owner was open 24-7 until the boys club love in
was over. I guess that my feeling was that if they had wanted me to
visit the grove they would have invited me. I was curious but not
stupid. Knew people that worked there, but never wanted to embarass
them by asking about it. Power eminated from that place!
