Yes, this has only been happening since I've been on the candida diet and doing all the probiotics. Prior to that, it happened rarely. I am having some issues recently with constipation so I have added flax meal to my diet starting today. I noted that your post said that the fiber can have effects on all this other than just helping things move along, so we'll see if that changes anything.
