how about not eating dairy, have you tryed that yet? that alone will probably be better than all the suplents. and it dont cost a thing. i have noticed if i dont take primal defence or threelac, i get really bad brain fog like and my add kicks in fully. you could try that. though i dought you would have a foggy brain if you stoped eating dairy and sugar. take care.
