I disagree to the post about allergies. I believe things like gluten/casein/dairy intollerance are only caused by the fungal infection itself. The human body has been digesting breads/pastas for hundreds of years without problems.

The only diet I've needed to follow is avoiding processed sugars (which is very healthy anyways). For those that stay away from certain foods, I would gradually introduce them back into the diet (moderately).
