I try to do everything that tastes nasty in about one ounce of water, sorta like a shot of tequila without dancing on the table and having way too much fun. I take paragone which I did not think tasted too bad anyway in about one oz of water and shoot it down and follow with more water. I do this with ES and I can barely get those disgusting tasting things down. Paragone is rather pleasant IMHO and worked great.
