That's a good idea. I have some empty gell caps, I suppose I could do that. I like the idea of poking a hole in them too.

I appreciate everyone elses suggestions too. I've tasted some nasty stuff before, but for some reason I just can't handle the taste of the cloves. Especially not three times a day.

Maybe I'll try the Paragone first. I can buy it local and at least the first part of it is in capsules. Thanks.
