thank you so much for replying. I like your way of looking at it. Funny since I started taking the paragone, the knot and bloating/pulsating area moved from just under my ribs to my belly button area and I feel less contractions. YUMMY...I never thought I'd be so nervous to poop. Its pretty insane. I am posting a new ? up top.
