I'm unsure of what next, as there are a couple of options. Obviously, as I'm killin' the critters, they need to be OUT OUT and GONE. Problem is, I'm not pooping. And short of eating gravel for roughage....

So I went motorcycle riding Saturday, chilled a bit on the flax fiber and stuff. Pooped in the morning nicely, and also at lunch (wasn't THAT forunato? That it happened at a restaurant and not as we were riding blissfully down an upstate, CT country road?)

But apparently, I set myself back. Sunday morning, I pooped again - silt and jujubee larva. That was it. In addition to about a gallon of water (no exaggeration), I had oatmeal for breakfast, 2 bentonite and flax seed shakes, a package of figs, raw vegetables, about 1/2 c pumpkin seeds with sea salt, plus my Master Detox colon cleansing pills.

This morning, a bit of results, but nothing to brag about. More water, more oatmeal, a huge glass of freshly squeezed OJ....these things are dying and they need to get out, but what's the route? Is an enema too extreme?
