Right on Crystalmaiden. I was in the herb and nutrician business for a number of years and had centers in many of the malls in the Pacific Northwest. The rule of thumb for any herbs taken on a regular basis was 6 days on, one day off. It gave the body a chance to "reset" and made the herbs more effective also. darel
