I am taking my happy little self off to the health food store tomorrow and making up that pumpkin seed and sea salt baggie thing you mention. That sounds REALLY GOOD!

And re Tiger Fish's comment on them helping the prostate gland - I have to quote Hopinso here, who said she likes to multitask her foods. I don't think she meant it humorously, but it's such a wise and simple way of looking at it, you can't help but smile!
