I buy mine fresh in a bin at the health food store. I try to get organic when I can. They need to be raw to be antiparasitic. I like to sprinkle a little Sea Salt into the bag of seeds and shake real well. I take a 1/4 cup to work and snack on them while others chow down on donuts and crap food. And they think I am the nutty one too.....eating weird food like pumpkin seeds and other odd items. The other day I was eating fresh blueberries and out of 12 people in the break room only one person had ever eaten a fresh blueberry before. Is that not sad?
