Sharon, the dosage on my Clarkia paper says this:

Day 1: 3 drops 3 times daily
Day 2: 4 drops 3 times daily
Day 3: 6 drops 3 times daily
Day 4: 8 drops 3 times daily
Day 5: 10 drops 3 times daily

Next 9 days you can continue with 10 drops 3 times daily, or if you have no adverse reactions, you can continue increasing the dosage 1 drop per day till you're up to 20 drops on Day 14. Then you take the 1 week break and start over again for the last 2 weeks.
