Wow, Corey, that's great! My husband consistently refuses to do a liver flush, I'm going to try him with a castor oil pack.

Every month or so (usually on a new moon) I'll do the overnight castor oil pack for four or five nights in a row. I bet that's a decent alternative to liver flushing.
