Sorry I don't know.. I'm new to this forum and am about to try castor oil pack myself.. was researching it when I came across various articles and having read through some of the messages I thought the one I copied here might help.

As I understand it one simply applies the pack to the liver area or abdominal or anywhere you want to have an effect. How long for would, I'm guessing, depend on a whole host of individual things.. it's up to you to experiment. This is what responsibility for one's own health is all about. But someone else may be able to help you.

This forum seems to have died out.. nobody posting here.. am I right?
