I have experimented with a wheat bag and seems to do the trick.

I made my own wheat bag and I left a small hole in it so i can also put the castor oil in it. It slowly covers the wheat bag and stays warm too. Plus I put the oil on my body. It slowly permeates the material which is flannel and keeps warm for a long time.
