Hey great! On the pain issue, I have used Castor Oil on my wrist before I perform a brutal job of chamfering Checkers Springs ( big, hard stooges) and then I put on more at times during the day. Now before I did this I had done it many times and my wrist's hurt so bad that I had to take a few days off to recover, and even then it still hurt some. But after I started the regimen, I found I could do the job with lot more comfort and almost no pain for several days. Also, having to bend over and pick the part's out of the barrel, My back would hurt from the constant strain. Then I put Castor Oil on the small of my back and receive instant relief and feel no pain! A big pluse on my book.
