Thanks for this information. Funny thing is, I don't think we use the castor oil packs as described. The directions say to saturate the flannel or cotten. We just pour a good amount of it on the flannel and then place it against the abdomen. We then place a hot water bottle over the flannel and then use a castor oil pack wrap over that to keep it from getting all over us. All of these supplies were purchase from The Heritage Store online which uses Edgar Cayce 's recipes. They have a whole page dedicted to castor oil pack supplies.

She would keep the castor oil pack on from 10pm until morning.
