huh. That's very interesting. THanks for the post - that's worth paying attention to as I'm working on this. I fell off the wagon a bit over Thanksgiving, and the one potato chip factor kicked in, I've been cheating quite a bit since then. I can tell I'm getting all yeasty again, but my energy is up. That would seem to go along with that adrenal exhaustion theory.
