Your telling me that my extreme sensitivity and extreme soreness in that whole area mentioned could be from cleansing? it is almost unbearable at work cause im constantly moving around.

well yea,ive really changed my diet from basically lots of sugared food and preservative foods to basically all fruits and veggies. last night i had 3 glazed donuts but thats first Sugar I had in a week so. i know I shouldnt of. as for chinese...im tempted to have the chicken romaine for lunch. my parents got me leftovers so..
