I too was glad to find this message today too. I have been having gall bladder type pains, and have had biliary stasis type problems with my pregnancies and beyond. Knowing that my bras could be blocking my lymph flow is a good thing to know. I think every little thing will help.
Freedom reigns, I took the bra off. :o) And I'll be wearing some of my softer bras for a while.
