I had a lymph drainage massage a few days ago, for the first time. The practioner said the results would be subtle. I haven't really felt and 'results' yet but I felt that the massage was very thorough and I believe it will help cleanse the lymph. I have some swelling in lower legs, which he said is not uncommon, and he said that he has clients whose swelling went away after a few massage sessions... he also recommends the rebounding and dry skin brushing, along with hot/cold showers if tolerated.
